At this point in the summer, we've had a lot of rain ... and the rain continued .. all weekend while we visited the Cedars. The people here didn't seem to mind and they certainly didn't let the weather get in the way of having fun. On our Friday arrival, President Frank Mancino was asked to emcee the "Mr & Ms. Cedars" contest.
